General information
Yes, parking is free.
In the event of bad weather, some attractions and activities may be cancelled or temporarily closed.
For safety reasons, during thunderstorms, all outdoor water play structures will be evacuated as soon as thunder is heard, for a minimum period of 30 minutes.
This procedure follows recommendations from the Lifesaving Society and Environment Canada to help prevent risks related to lightning.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own lunch on site. Picnic areas are available throughout the day for your convenience.
*Please note that glass containers are prohibited throughout the site.
Yes, exits and re-entry are permitted during the same day. Simply keep your ticket and wristband to re-enter without any issue.
Yes, regular bicycles are allowed on site. However, electric bikes and electric scooters are prohibited to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Dogs are allowed at the campground (one dog per campsite or two small dogs under 20 lbs), provided they are kept on a leash at all times and under supervision.
Pets are not permitted in several common areas (water parks, restaurants, shows, etc.) and are strictly prohibited at Familizoo as well as in accommodations (ready-to-camp trailers and cabins).
TICKETS AND PRICES
It is not mandatory, but we recommend purchasing your tickets online to avoid waiting in line on site.

CAMPING AND ACCOMMODATION
Arrival and departure times vary depending on the type of accommodation:
- Campgrounds: Check-in at 1 p.m. | Check-out at 11 a.m.
- Ready-to-camp trailers: Check-in at 4 p.m. | Check-out at 10 a.m.
- Chalets: Check-in at 4 p.m. | Check-out at 10 a.m.
Yes, visitors are allowed on campsites by paying a visitor fee (day or evening access).
To access attractions and activities, visitors must also purchase a daily admission ticket. Visitor vehicles must remain parked in the main parking lot. No visitor vehicles are allowed on the site.
To help maintain a family-friendly environment, we ask all guests to respect their neighbours at all times by keeping noise levels low. All noises must stop after 11 p.m.
