Rules
To help ensure every visit is enjoyable, safe, and filled with great memories, we ask all guests to follow the rules of Complexe Atlantide
- Anyone circulating on site must be registered beforehand and must carry their wristband or access card at all times.
- No sales or business promotions are permitted on site, except for businesses that have entered into a partnership agreement with the administration of Complexe Atlantide.
- Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times and keep music and noise at a moderate level. All noise must completely stop at 11:00 PM without exception.
- All fires must be extinguished before MIDNIGHT without exception. Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits (when the fire risk index allows it). Please note that fire pits are not garbage bins.
- The speed limit throughout the site is a MAXIMUM of 8 km/h for all vehicles and golf carts. ZERO TOLERANCE.
- You must be over 16 years old to operate a golf cart on site, whether personal or rented from the Complex. ZERO TOLERANCE.
- ATVs, motocross bikes, mini bikes, or any other off-road vehicles are PROHIBITED on site.
- Other electrically assisted transportation devices SUCH AS scooters, hoverboards, skateboards, electric bikes, mini cars, or mini motorcycles are prohibited.
- After dark, bicycles without front lights are not permitted.
- One dog per campsite or two small dogs under 20 lbs are permitted.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while moving around the site and secured on your campsite. Walks must be supervised by adults only.
- Owners must clean up after their dogs at all times, anywhere on site. Dogs are PROHIBITED in common areas, including water parks, the zoo, washrooms, laundry facilities, restaurants, the beach, and the lake. Cats are strictly prohibited on site.
- Animals are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in ready-to-camp trailers and rental chalets under penalty of expulsion without refund.
- It is strictly prohibited to damage, remove, or destroy natural materials, wildlife, or vegetation. Cutting, uprooting, peeling bark, or trimming trees anywhere on the campground or wooded areas surrounding the complex may result in a $200 fine and expulsion without refund. Tying ropes to trees for awnings, tarps, hammocks, hanging chairs, etc. is also prohibited, as it damages the trees. Clotheslines are not permitted.
- Campers must keep their site clean and free of garbage, papers, bottles, etc. at all times. Avoid poorly stacked wood piles and clutter under trailers.
- Personal garbage will not be collected. Campers must dispose of waste in the designated containers located near the campground entrance by the Familizoo. Outdoor trash bins throughout the site are intended only for temporary use during your activities. When leaving rest or play areas, you must pick up all personal belongings and garbage, including in wooded areas.
- Washing clothes or dishes in public sinks is PROHIBITED.
- Washing vehicles on site is prohibited at all times.
- Alcohol is prohibited in all water parks, activities, and attractions. Anyone appearing intoxicated may be denied access.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in public areas. Smoking or vaping is only permitted at least 9 meters away from buildings or in designated smoking areas.
- Possession, consumption, distribution, sale, or any activity related to drugs of any kind, including marijuana, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on site at all times. Violations will result in immediate and permanent expulsion without refund.
- Slingshots, air guns, and weapons of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Fireworks are not permitted on site, except those organized by Complexe Atlantide for campers.
- Glass containers are prohibited throughout the site.
- All signs and posted regulations throughout the site must be respected at all times.
- Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
- In all parks, pools, and supervised areas, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Always lock your RV when leaving your site. Please secure your belongings and lock valuables at all times. Unattended bicycles must always be locked. Complexe Atlantide is not responsible for damaged or stolen personal items.
- Please inform a member of the administration team of any situation requiring special attention. The comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests are our priority.
- The rules and safety instructions for all parks and attractions are posted at their entrances and on the Complexe Atlantide website and must be reviewed before access.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all guests follow the rules below during their visit to the water park.
Each attraction has its own specific safety requirements and restrictions (height, weight, health conditions, risks, and other limitations). These rules must be respected at all times and are also posted on site. Complexe Atlantide reserves the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with the regulations.
General Safety
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult or a person aged 16 or older. Parents remain responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
- Running in aquatic areas and on wet surfaces is prohibited.
- Dangerous behavior, pushing, and rough play are prohibited.
- The consumption of alcohol or any substance that may impair safety is prohibited in aquatic areas.
- Anyone displaying behavior considered dangerous may be denied access to the facilities.
- Long hair must be tied back on water slides.
Swimwear
- Proper and appropriate swimwear is mandatory in all aquatic facilities. Clothing not designed for swimming is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Jeans or denim clothing
- Cotton shirts
- Clothing with zippers, buttons, or metal accessories
- Loose or inappropriate clothing for aquatic facilities
- Transparent clothing
Complexe Atlantide reserves the right to determine whether swimwear is considered appropriate.
- Glasses, whether secured or not, are prohibited on water slides.
- Secured glasses are mandatory in water areas.
- Swim diapers are required for toddlers and young children.
Prohibited Items
- Balls, balloons, and other play objects are prohibited in aquatic facilities, including inflatable items.
- Diving masks are prohibited.
- Selfie sticks are prohibited on water slides.
- Alcohol and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on site.
- Drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited.
- Glass objects are prohibited.
- Animals are prohibited.
- Any object that may compromise the safety of guests is prohibited.
Bag Inspection
Complexe Atlantide reserves the right to inspect bags for safety purposes.
Terms of Use
- Certain attractions may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions or for safety reasons.
- As a preventive safety measure against storms and lightning risks, all structures and water areas will be evacuated whenever thunder is heard, for a minimum period of 30 minutes. This procedure follows the recommendations of the Lifesaving Society and Environment Canada.
- Complexe Atlantide is not responsible for accidents or for lost or stolen items.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable Haunted Manor experience, please follow the rules below:
- The Haunted Manor is prohibited for children aged 6 and under.
- The attraction is not recommended for children under 12 years old.
- A parent or guardian’s signature and authorization are mandatory for participants under 16 years old.
- Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.
- Photos and videos are prohibited.
- Flashlights, lights, cell phones, or any other light-emitting objects are prohibited during the experience.
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of lighters are prohibited.
- Running, pushing, or touching the sets, installations, or other participants is prohibited.
- The attraction is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or pregnant women.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter the attraction.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the Haunted Manor grounds.
- Complexe Atlantide is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Complexe Atlantide is not responsible for accidents.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of expulsion from or if a participant chooses to leave the attraction before completing the experience.
Important Notice
Any violation of the terms, conditions, or rules posted on the Complexe Atlantide site may result in immediate expulsion without notice and without refund.
