Day Tickets

• Day tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Certain activities may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

• No refunds will be issued in the event of bad weather. However, a credit may be offered at the discretion of Complexe Atlantide administration.

• Access to attractions is subject to the rules and safety regulations posted on site.

• Certain activities or attractions may require additional fees.

• Complexe Atlantide reserves the right to deny access to or expel anyone who does not comply with site regulations.

 
Season Passes>

• Season passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Season passes are valid only for the registered pass holder.

• Proof of identity may be requested at any time.

Accommodations

Reservation, Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy

• A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to reserve a campsite, ready-to-camp trailer, or chalet for stays of 3 nights or more. Reservations may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 30 days before the arrival date without penalty. Within 29 days of the arrival date, reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward another date.

• Full payment is required to reserve a campsite, ready-to-camp trailer, or chalet for stays of 2 nights or less. Reservations may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 30 days before the arrival date without penalty. Within 29 days of the arrival date, reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward another date.

• For chalet or ready-to-camp trailer rentals, a $500 security deposit is required upon check-in by credit card pre-authorization. A cash deposit option is also available and will be returned at departure. In the event of damages, excessive wear to infrastructure or equipment, or loss of rented items belonging to Complexe Atlantide, repair or replacement fees will be charged to the credit card or deducted from the cash deposit.

• A 3.5% lodging tax on the total amount is required for chalet and ready-to-camp trailer reservations and is non-refundable for cancellations made within 29 days of the arrival date.

• For any reservation modification or cancellation, please contact the Complexe Atlantide sales and reservations department at 450-222-5225. A representative will gladly assist you according to the applicable policies.

• If accommodations, campsites, or rented equipment are not claimed within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date without notice to the sales and reservations department, the reservation will be cancelled without refund as of 1:00 PM the following day. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

• Should the facilities close due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. However, a credit may be offered at the discretion of Complexe Atlantide administration.

Check-In & Reservation Terms

• Check-in takes place between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the Camping Atlantide reception desk. Guests are responsible for notifying reception in case of late arrival.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before your arrival date.

• Campsite check-ins begin at 1:00 PM and departures must be completed before 11:00 AM.

• Rental chalet and ready-to-camp trailer check-ins begin at 4:00 PM and departures must be completed before 10:00 AM.

• No arrivals or departures are permitted on Saturdays due to high traffic on site.

• For campsites, there are no restrictions on the number of nights or arrival/departure days from Sunday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday, a minimum 2-night stay is required.

• For chalet and ready-to-camp trailer rentals during high season, reservations are available for: 2 nights from Friday to Sunday, 5 nights from Sunday to Friday, 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday. Subject to availability. No other reservation formats are permitted.

• A campsite may accommodate one family only (maximum 6 people). Double campsites may accommodate up to 12 people. Additional charges apply for extra guests.

• Rental chalets may accommodate a maximum of 8 people from the same family (parents, children, and grandparents), unless otherwise approved at the discretion of Complexe Atlantide administration.

• Depending on the ready-to-camp trailer model, accommodations may host between 2 and 8 people maximum from the same family (parents, children, and grandparents), unless otherwise approved at the discretion of Complexe Atlantide administration.

• Only one vehicle is permitted per site. Additional vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot near the Complexe Atlantide reception area.

• Reservations for unserviced campsites do not guarantee a specific site location. Guests may choose any available site within the assigned zone after check-in.

• Trailers, RVs, tent trailers, and any equipment other than tents are not permitted in unserviced campsite areas.

Site Rules

These rules are in place to ensure all guests fully enjoy their stay at Camping Atlantide without inconvenience. However, management reserves the right to expel without refund anyone who violates the site regulations.

All rules are subject to modifications, changes, or additions at any time without notice by the administration of Complexe Atlantide.
